We believe that what happens after your website goes live is really important too. You can rest assured that you won’t be left floundering after we’ve built your website.
All of our web design packages come with complimentary Live Website Support built in. Once your website goes live, we’ll organise a one on one training session, covering everything you need to know to manage, update and maintain your website.
And don’t worry if it doesn’t all sink in. After all, it’s a lot to learn. We’ll always be on hand to give you a refresher if you get stuck.

That’s why we’ve put together some comprehensive website maintenance plans to take care of your website once it goes live. We can take care of it all for you, whilst you concentrate on doing what you do best!

How, does it work?

Get in touch with us by filling in this form, which will give us an outline of your new project. You can also get in touch via any of the options on our contact page.
Free <strong><em>consultation</em></strong>
We’ll organise a phone consultation where we’ll go more in depth about what your looking for and how we can help.
Receive <strong><em>quote</em></strong>
Based on our consultation and the information you’ve provided, we’ll put together a quote for your project.
Pay <strong><em>deposit</em></strong>
Prior to starting the project, we require a 50% deposit to kick things off. The balance of the project will be be paid prior to your website being launched.
Supply <strong><em>content</em></strong>
You will need to supply the content for the website build. This will include written text for each page, images and any videos or extras that we will need to build your website. If you are having trouble coming up with content, we can make some suggestions, or we can arrange content writing services for an extra charge.
Visual <strong><em>design</em></strong>
Depending on whether you’ve purchased a custom or template based web package, we’ll put together some mock-ups of your new website based upon the information you’ve supplied us. You will need to sign off on the visual design before website build can commence.
Website <strong><em>development</em></strong>
We’ll begin website development. This includes setting up the content management system, creating the website theme and adding all the supplied content.
Website <strong><em>revisions</em></strong>
We’ll test the website across all devices and browsers and then show you our work to date. Any revisions or changes will be worked out in this stage of the build, until the website is finalised. If you require changes beyond the scope of the supplied website mock-ups, or extra functionality not already agreed upon, then the additional work be charged at an hourly rate.
Website <strong><em>launch</em></strong>
The balance of the project will be invoiced, and once paid, the website will be launched.
